Race Terms & Conditions & Data Protection Waiver
In consideration of participation, I, by accepting this form, assume all liability with taking part in this event and do hereby release and discharge FLUX ATHLETIC and its owner from any and all claims for injury, death, or property damage in connection with the Virtual Event.
I acknowledge that this is a Virtual Event and that FLUX ATHLETIC will not track or verify results or provide volunteers, marshals or medical personnel assistance for any Virtual Events.
I acknowledge, certify, and represent that I understand what a Virtual Event is. I declare that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event and completing the distance I have accepted. I am not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent my participation in this event or that will affect my health by participation.
I consent to royalty-free use of my name, result, image, photographs, video and comments in any publications and marketing in relation to this event by FLUX ATHLETIC. I further acknowledge that by entering into a race and providing an email address, I will be added to a mailing list (You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any point by contacting the administrators or by clicking unsubscribe in the newsletter).
I acknowledge that the Event i have signed up for may be conducted over public roads and facilities open to the public which may be hazards of traveling are expected. I further agree if i deem the conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately abandon participation in the activity.
If i am accepting this form on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent/ guardian of this entrant who is under 18 years and I give my consent for them to participate in this event. I declare them capable of completing the distance they have nominated. I release and discharge FLUX ATHLETIC and its owner from any and all claims for injury, death, or property damage in connection with the Virtual Event.
I acknowledge that should I withdraw for a non-medical reason, the entry fee is non-refundable.
By accepting this form, I consent to having my personal data collected by FLUX ATHLETIC for the purpose of the Virtual Event and receiving race results. I am aware that I can access my data at any time by getting in contact with us via email or phoning us. I also accept the terms of the FLUX ATHLETIC Privacy Policy.
I, THE PARTICIPANT HAVE READ THIS RACE WAIVER, DISCLAIMER. I RELEASE AND NOTE THAT I GIVE UP ANY SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ACCEPTING THIS FORM AND I AM TAKING PART AT MY OWN RISK.
