Answer: The best way to contact us is to use the contact page on the bottom of the page. We aim to respond to all e-mail correspondence promptly, but response may take up to 24 hours from the time the e-mail is received (depending on the company schedule).
Question: Where is my order?
Answer: You will receive an e-mail that includes your tracking information, once your order has been dispatched. Use this information to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24hours for your tracking information to be reflected on the couriers company website.
Question: I would like to cancel/amend my order.
Answer: To cancel or amend your order, contact us via the e-mail address provided on the company homepage. Please include all relevant details needed to cancel/amend the order. If we cannot satisfy your request, you will be responsible for any return postage fees of the item(s). Necessary refunds will be processed once item(s) are back on our premises and will be confirmed via e-mail.
Question: I have received incorrect/faulty item(s). What should I do?
Answer: If, in the rare circumstance, a member of the Flux Athletic team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, or you have received faulty goods, please contact us immediately. All postage fees you pay to return the incorrect/faulty item(s) will be reimbursed.
Question: I have chosen the incorrect item/size.
Answer: If you have chosen the incorrect item or size in your order, please contact us. We advise doing this promptly, due to the expedited nature of the picking and packing process. Should you wish to change an item but it has already been dispatched, you will be liable for the return postage fees.
Question: The item I want is out of stock.
Answer: If an item is out of stock and you simply need it in your life, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to assist you in securing the product.
