At Flux Athletic, we aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days from receipt of your order. Exceptions include orders made on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or Irish bank holidays. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Irish bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via e-mail, to the e-mail address that you have provided.
- All shipments will be made using a tracked method of shipping, and your tracking number will also be supplied in your confirmation e-mail.
- All orders are dispatched through Fastway Couriers. In some instances, alternative couriers may be used, and you will be notified if such changes occur. You must provide a contact number when completing an order, so the courier may contact you, if needed.
- We accept no responsibility for any packages that are not received due to customer error, e.g., as a result of inputting incorrect/incomplete address details. When placing your order, we strongly recommend that you review the information you have provided, before submitting the order.
- If you would like to change any of your order details, please e-mail us promptly, to prevent your order from being dispatched against inaccurate information. We will do our best to amend the order details prior to shipping.

- Ireland: Within 48 hours (during working days)
- United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
- Europe: 7-10 working days
- Rest of World: 14 working days

At Flux Athletic, we want you to be happy with your order, and if a product from an original purchase is returned within 14 days of customer receipt, we will issue an exchange or refund.
For exchanges, please notify Flux Athletic via e-mail, by using the “Contact Us” facility on our website, that you wish to exchange an order, and provide details of the item(s) you would like to exchange. Once we receive your e-mail, we will send you instructions to prepare the return of the items you wish to exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
o In the original condition that you received them
o Including original tags and attachments, and
o In the original packaging
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, for hygiene reasons
- Any custom designs, tailored at the request of the customer, cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless defective or due to company error
Common reasons for refusal of returns/exchanges include:
- Returned items are covered in animal or human hair
- Items found to have a distinct smell (e.g., deodorant, aftershave, body odour, etc.)
- Stained or washed items. Returned items must be in original, re-sellable condition, i.e., the same condition that you received them in, including all tags, attachments, and packaging
- Sale items*
*Sale items may only be exchanged. Refunds will not be given for any sale/discontinued items.
Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail, to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved, all refund requests will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not currently allow refunds for multiple returns. If an item has already been refunded once, a further return will only be facilitated through exchange, within 21 days of the original purchase.
